An issue was resolved where the 'Test Chat', 'Test Survey', and 'Test Screener' functions in Bullhorn Automation would randomly fail during communication previews, which caused unpredictable testing failures and required multiple test attempts.

Why does it matter?

The system now properly validates that related entities (Candidates, Sales Contacts) are not soft-deleted before selecting them as test records for preview functionality. This correction eliminates the random selection of invalid test records that was causing the failure. This fix ensures reliable testing functionality for all automated communication types, improving workflow efficiency and user confidence when previewing chat engagements, surveys, and screeners before going live.
